Janet Layman is the owner of Resurgam Law, PC. A graduate of the Nashville School of Law, she has practiced law in Nashville for nearly 20 years.
Andrew Tolbird is also a graduate of the Nashville School of Law, and has been practicing bankruptcy law for nearly 25 years. He has extensive experience in both debtor and creditor bankruptcy matters.
Ryan has been employed with Resurgam Law since 2015. He assists with office management and is involved with client relations. A native of Manchester, Tenn., he is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Cumberland University.
Andy Adams is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and an avid sports fan. He assists with demand letters and generating paperwork for the courts.
